format in tabbed forms

How do you change the font and color for the caption on the tabs?

Thanks. Actually I want to change the font color and size, not the tab
itself. Any other suggestions? I did download your file but wasn't sure how
I would be able to use it in my own database.

Select the TabControl (not one of the pages) and then use the format toolbar
just as you would for any other control.

The tab control does let you set the font name and size of the text that
appears on the tabs.

Open the form in design view. Right-click the tab control (to the right of
the actual tabs) and choose Properites. It's on the Format tab.

Please post back if I still haven't understood you correctly.

I can't seem to select the tab control. I'm getting the page control. Can
you tell me where to click? I know this seems dumb, but... I appreciate

Click on the very edge of the control or in the blank space to the right of
the tabs. Or select it from the list of controls in the toolbar.

Thanks for help selecting the tab control. Funny -- I can select the font,
size, weight, and can make it italic or underline, but cannot select a
different color. That's too bad... or am I still missing something.

Never noticed that before, but apparently you cannot change the color.
