Format() function for date export not working?

I have a query I am attempting to export to a CSV file. I am using the
Format() function to format dates in the query as mm/dd/yyyy.
Yesterday, the query and export worked fine. Today, I reloaded new data
into the table the query references, but didn't change the query
otherwise. Now the 0:000:000 time stamps are showing up in the export.

What gives?

Well,
I seem to have solved my own problem. I created new specs for the
export, and the problem seems to have resolved itself. I appreciate any
belated thoughts you might have on this.
