Format cells the same in two sheets

I have two sheets where I want cell B14 to B33 be formatted the same
way in both sheets regarding the border lines around each cell. The
formatting can change in sheet A so I have to loop through each cell in
sheet B to check how the same cell in sheet A is formatted and then set
it accordingly.

Can someone please help me?
