I have a subtotal row at the top of a pivot table with numbers
currency, and percentage which match the proper format of th
information in the same column in the pivot table below. When I add
row field, the pivot table expands by one column and my subtotal row a
the top is off on it proper format by one column. I am asking tw
questions: 1) is there a way to conditionally format a cell to matc
the format of another cell or range? and 2) is there a way to have
pivot table display the grand total at the top instead of the bottom?
Question 2 would be interesting and a better way to handle this. But
would continue to be interested in the answer to the other for othe
potential uses. Thanks
