Format C:

I have an older computer I would like to "clean up". I
tried format C: /fs:NTFS from a floppy, but a message
says it won't run in DOS environment. What utility(ies)
can I use to clean up all the old stuff on this machine
(which also has CD) and start over again?

Gary, depending on how old the computer is, if you can set the Cdrom as
first boot device and you have
a WinXP CD you can delete, create and format partitions with the CD.
