format all sheets the same but have different names and destinatio

In my book I have 40 patient sheets. On every patient sheet I have the 12
months of the year in one column and 15 different treatment-names in a row.
For the 15 treatments I have one sheet each with the months in a column and
the patients names in a row.
Now if I want to exchange 20 of the 40 patients do I have to format every
cell every time again or is there a way of having it done quicker?
