Reboot.
Look carefully at the screen because the message may only be on the screen
for a few minutes.
It will be similar to "Press ** to enter setup"
Common keys are F1, F2, Esc, Delete and others.

Different manufacturers do it differently and this is not a function of
Windows.
Check your motherboard/computer manual and/or contact the manufacturer for
details.
