Just one point: Yours Sincerely would best a more formal approach when you
know the name of the person you are writing to, which you obviously do. The
use of Yours Faithfully should be reserved for when corresponding, either by
E. Mail or letter, to someone you are not familiar with or do not know their
name - as in a letter you begin with Dear Sir.
