FORM1 ALWAYS OPEN ANOTHER FORM?

I posted this yesterday but still need help.. I have two forms, form1
and form2. Basically I'd like form2 to remain open and visible at all
times when form1 is opened. I tried
using the on current event (and a few other event trials) in form1 to
open form2 but when toggling back and forth from minimize, sometimes
form1 only shows while form2 remains in the back (open but not
visible). Can you help?
