I have a form built and it used to be when the user clicked from the
switchboard it would bring them to an empty form. It now brings them to the
1st record. How do I get the blank form back? Also, I had it at continuous
prior but they left too many blanks in the tables could that be where the
changed happened?
 
Assuming that you are using the Access Switchboard tool, open up Switchboard
Manager. Find the button for the form in question. Change "Open Form in Edit
Mode" to "Open Form in Add Mode".
