I am trying to set up a membership application form on my
web site. I have donwn loaded the "patch" (fp2serk.exe)
for this web site to give me the server extension;
however, I don't know where to load or save the file to.

Also, is there somthing else I need to do to set/configure
my email to make this work. I ahve followed all of the
instruction to the letter and this is still not working.

You can not install the patch. You must have your site hosted on a web host
that support the FP extensions, and any patches the need to be installed,
must be done by the host.
