Form won't print

I created a data entry form in ACCESS and unfortunately
when I try to print the form, all I get is a blank paper.
Also, when I od a Print Preview, the screen is just blank
i.,e. form backround is WHite and there is nithing shoin
on it.

Can anybody tell me what is happening.

Forms are for entering and viewing data. Reports are for printing.

Actually, you can print a form by just selecting File
Print. I figured out what the problem was. I didn't have
any record for the form to display. Once I created the
first record, I was able to print the form as shown on my
computer screen by doing FILE > PRINT

That may well be, but Rick's correct in saying that you should be printing a
report, not a form.
