Doesn't seem to be working even though I've set it up correctly (i think)

i had it working via FPXP but now, www.tom-bennett.com/contact.htm displays
no sign of error prevention (simple "required" and "min length" used.)

You have nested form elements in your page (a form inside another form).
This breaks the forms. You need to separate the forms into 2 distinct forms
that don't overlap.
