Form submission -email confirmation formatting

I've created a custom form using FrontPage 2002. I've
also created a confirmation page. I've chosen to email
the results of the confirmation page, however when
receiving the email it is in Plain Text. I've tried
changing the formatting of the email, however it still
sends all data in plain text. I would like for the email
to be sent using HTML and retain the confirmation page
format. How is this accomplished?

The FP Form Handler only send plain text email, the options are for the guest book and discussion
web or when save to a page on your site.
