Form Stuck In Add Mode

I have a form that will not review old records, it only shows records I've
entered in the same session. I looked through the code and form properties.
I can't find what would hold it in this mode. Any ideas?

Dear David:

Check the "Data Entry" propery for the form. If it is set to "Yes" the form
will not display existing records, only the new records you enter. Try
setting it to "No" to open the form to display all records.
