Form size problem

Hi,

During the designing time, i set up my form with size 20 cm x 15 cm for
example.
I make my window (designing window with lift H+V) as close as possible
to the size of my form.

but when i run it, my form is larger and higher than my designed form.

where is the problem ?
how can i solve it, please ?

Might not be the reply you are looking for, but:

When switching from design view to form view, does the
number of toolbars at the top of the screen change
causing the available screen height to change? Not sure
if this is the problem you are talking about...
