Form results to database, not

I have set up a form and used the default file _private/form_results.csv to
hold the results but nothing is being sent there. I have clicked on "Send to"
and have included some email addresses. The email is working fine, but I am
not getting the data to the file. Any idea why?

No, I'm with AnythingEmail.

The "some email addresses" is the clue to your problem
FP Forms can not send to multiple email addresses
1) remove all email addresses to test the form writes
2) add 1 to test Email Transport
(most hosts require it to be an email address at your domain)
