Form Results Illusive or nonexistent

This forum was incredibly helpful when I needed to move FP to a new computer, so I'm hoping I can find this as well. Searched the archives and I'm either too dumb or too impatient to find my answer.

I am unable to find the results from my submitted forms. The file they were set to be in: _private/formrslt.txt Doesn't seem to exist anywhere but the browse dialog box of the setup screen.

Extensions are, as far as they've told me, all installed on my server/ISP. Counters, etc., all work fine. However, when I search for the forms results on my computer I can find nothing.

Are these files held somewhere I can't find? Or are they non-existent? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I believe I have likely lost information on several people who have submitted information.

Have you checked your live website?
In Front Page: File - Open Web
then type in http://www.example.com (the same URL you publish to)

Then check the _private folder and File - export (or drag and drop) the
results to your desktop.

Nothing there either. Could this be an issue with my host and their FP extensions?
