form required to view ... cannot be displayed

In Outlook 2002 Contacts, clicking "new", returns the error "The form
required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator."
Any ideas?

Clearing the cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other |
Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
