Form Properties

I have a problem with my form properties with the moveable and the min and
max buttons. In VB it will not allow me to change from false to true and also
I have my I don't have my form set to dialog but it still will not allow the
min or max buttons to show. The control and close button are set to true.
Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

It's funny in all my forms that I have it's the same thing, it will not allow
me to select true for moveable. What other VB codes would I check?
