Form Problems

Hi,

I'm using FP2002 and my forms are showing this remark [FrontPage Save
Results Component] when they are previewed in FP and also on the published
web pages. This always appears on top of the form.

Does anybody have a clue why this happens and what I can do to get rid of
it?

FP Forms require Publishing using http mode to a host server running the FP Server Extensions and configured by your host to support
Email transport
To publish your site to a FP SE host see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;198523
If your host does not have the FP SE, you can't use FP forms
If you "uploaded" any other way you have broken the FP SE (if they were installed) and the forms won't work - contact you host to
repair the FP SE
