form problem

I have a client for whom i have developed an application with access 2000. i
provide them with an mde and they run on 3 computers each using access run
time 2000. i periodically update the application and provide them with copy
to install and up until recently all 3 computers were running fine.

now i have the situation where 2 of the 3 pcs will not open one particular
form. the form is of a similar structure to other forms within the
application.

all 3 pcs are running different combinations of windows and office (none
with full version of access), but nothing older than 2000.

is there anything in particular i should be looking at.

any help much appreciated.
