Best to repost in an Outlook newsgroup. And sorry, few
respondents are prepared to reply to you directly as this
is not a pizza delivery service. I recommend you use
Outlook Express as your news client. It allows you to flag
your messages for subsequent follow up.

It's not a good idea to post an unmunged email address in a public
newsgroup. It can get harvested by spam. If you can't find a previous post
search for it using Google Groups Advanced search. This newsgroup is
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general. Search for posts with your name as
author.

http://groups.google.com/advanced_search?q=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en

Better yet don't use the web interface (which is awful) to access what is
actually a Usenet newsgroup. Use a newsreader. XP comes with Outlook
Express which can be configured for newsgroup access. Here is a link with
info on how to do that.

Lastly, for your issue, it would be best to post to an Outlook newsgroup.
Here is a link to the Outlook general newsgroup, both via the web interface
and in OE.

In OE
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlook.general
