Form opens in Design Mode - how can I change this?

I have just made up a simple form using check-boxes and text boxes fro
the ActiveX toolbar.

The intention of this form is for the user to fill in the blanks, sav
it with a different name, and e-mail it back to me.

When the form is opened for the first time, it opens in Design Mode b
default. This is not desirable, as I want my users to open it in
mode where they can just start filling in fields - I do not want the
to have to turn Design Mode off.

How can I make it so that the form opens with Design Mode off b
default

Instead of using ActiveX controls (which will, at the very least, trigger a
macro warning on recipients' systems), use form fields from the Forms
toolbar instead. See
