FORM OPEN only show the header

While working on a form design, all of a sudden if I use FORM OPEN I only see
the header. FORM DESIGN shows the entire form. How do I fix this?

Check the RecordSource for you form... Sounds like you RecordSource returns
no records and/or you have your form set to only add New Data
