Form not going to email address

Hi - I used one of the standard forms in Front Page for people to fill out, and ask specific questions about the product. The thought was for them to submit it and we get back to them. When I try it out and click on "Submit" I can see that the hyperlink has the correct address (in the lower left part of the screen), but we never get the message in our inbox. In addition, after hitting "submit" I am sent to another screen that confirms the message was sent

So why are we not getting the messages, if we have the correct address, and are told the message was sent?

The Submit button is not intended to be a hyperlink.
It is a button that activates the form handler in the FrontPage extensions.
Remove the mailto: hyperlink associated with the Submit button.
Save the page.
Right click in the form, and select Form Properties and in the Email Address
box enter the email address that you want the form mailed to, making sure it
is an email address associated with your domain, such as (e-mail address removed)
Save.
Publish.
Make sure your host has the email form handler enabled for your account.

Carla,

I you continue to have problems, how about a URL for your
form page?
