Form Macro Action List does not contain SetValue

I found where SetValue will not be contained in the Action List if the
database is not in a trusted location. I also saw a reference that it would
be necessary to go to the Developer Tab under the Create tab to set macro
conditions. I have the Developer Extensions installed and operating but
there is no "Show Developer Tab" option on the Access Options Current
Database page.

Any suggestions???

Click the 'Show all actions' button on the macro design ribbon.
