Form Issues - Please Help

I have a problem with a form that I created. I am hoping that someone can
help me figure it out.

I have about 8 form fields, of which 7 are required. When you hit submit
on the form you are suppose to be redirected to a confirmation page which
will recap the fields with directions. Then an email with all of the field
names and data should be sent via email.

The following is happening, however:

1) No validation of required fields. When you hit submit, even with no
data inserted, it allows the submission to go through. This should not be
allowed. It is ignoring any validation or minimum character sets.

2) Even with data entered and clicking submit, there is still an issue
where there is no results data in the confirmation page nor is there data
next to the field names in the email body.

I have played around with things a bunch, but nothing has worked. You can
view the page that I am speaking of by going to

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi arosen,

How about this. Start a new page. Go to Insert >> Form >> Form.

I like to hit enter a couple of times to make some working room.

Now copy just the sections of your table that include field names and paste
them inside the dahed or dotted line surrounding the Submit and Reset
buttons. Don't copy anything below Email address.

Now your fields will be contained inside the form proper.

I have a link here explaining Form properties briefly. Set your email to
Formatted text when you get to that point.
