I have this dictionary, which was made from two tables. The first table is
Table 1 and has the field name [Letter] and the second table is Table2 and
have the field names [letter] [word] and [definition]. I have made a
relationship between the tables by joining the fieldname [letter]
In my out put I would like to see all words per letter; however I am getting
the opposite. All Letters and All Words, Conversely instead of 26 records for
all the letters in the alphabet i have more records.

How can this be solved

Thanks

Sounds like it is working the way it is supposed to. Are you getting this --
A Ale
A About
A Apple
A Apricot

an you expext to see this --
A Ale
About
Apple
Apricot

All them 'A' words have to be tied to an 'A' so if the letter field was
blank then you would not get them.

But in a report you can set the Hide Duplicates property to Yes and it will
look like the latter.
