Form Field not populating with Table data

It's been a little bit since I've worked in Access so please bare with me. I have a simple table with 9 fields in it. I created a form that ahs a row for all these fields. My primary key is a field called "WeeksOut." For some reason I can't figure out why this data does not show up in my form but the data in all of the other fields does. Please help.

When I open up the Preoperty sheet for that field in the form, the control
source is set to "WeeksOut".
