Form fails when using a vanity URL

I have a simple form on my page that saves information to a file. If the site is accessed as its actual address

http://home.insightbb.com/~fulton/id20.ht

the form works fine. If it is accessed through a vanity URL

http://fulton.home.insightbb.com/id20.ht

the form fails with the error, "Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:

Is there an easy way to fix this

Change the link to the form to be the actual URL.

So there is no way to use FrontPage extensions with an alternate URL?

The subdomain pointer would have to set up on the server by the host to
support the FP extensions.
