Form does not exist message

On startup I get a message that frm_SWITCHBOARD1 does not exist - do I want
to keep loading the project? If I say yes it opens fine but since I have to
release this file to about 100 people I want to get rid of the error. But, I
cannot find where there is a reference to that form anywhere to remove it.
How do I find it?
