I am creating a series of databses for my new employer
which will streamline their processes and save a
substantial amount of time. Obviously, I want to blow
their socks off with this project.

Having been born without a single creative chromosome, I
wouldn't even know where to start on creating an
attractive yet functional (user-friendly) form.

Would love to see some ideas/templates on forms with a
high wow factor.
