Form design: Making a form float instead of being locked down.

I'm not sure what the technical terminology is for what I am tryin to acheive
so I will just give it a shot. I'm just starting my database and I've
created one form so far.

When I open the form, it maximizes to fill the working area. This may be
okay for some of my forms but for others I would like it to act more like a
popup (such as what you see when you submit a new question or reply here in
this forum).

Maybe it's me but I find that the Help is MS Access 2007 is very difficult
to navigate and the search fuction rarely comes up with relevent info as I
have seen over the years with other MS applications.

Anwered my own question. I found it on the Other tab in properties under

There's another way, if this is how you want all forms to behave. In Access
2007, there's an option to either display forms in as tabbed documents (the
default for A2007) or to have them displayed as "overlapping windows" (the
way they were in earlier versions). It's on the "Current Database" tab of
the Access Options dialogue.
