Form, customer imput

What I am tryin to do is set up a page that will take imput from customers,
such as, name, address, and al that good stuff and have it emailed to me when
they click submit. Any Clues?
 
Use the FP Form component under File Menu | New | Page | Feedback Form Wizard

You can then modify the form to meet your needs, and to use the default setup, you will need to
publish the site to a server that has the FP extensions via FP http mode.
