Form confirmation page doesn't carry over Dynamic Web Template sty

The link bar and picture in my Dynamic Web Template to not appear correctly
on my form confirmation page. It worked fine until I made the site secure by
adding an SSL certificate.

I believe this is an issue with the frontpage server extensions; your host
needs to install them on the secure SSL port. (or something like that).
This is so the FPSE will work with https: and the rest of the site will work
with http since you'd only want the form(s) secure and not necessarily the
whole site.
