form buttons

I have somehow lost the ability to drag a button or option group to a form
and have the wizard automatically start to help with the properties/vb code.
What did I do or not do to make this happen.
 
Check to see that the wizard icon on the toolbar is depressed.
The easiest way to depress a wizard is to tell him his wand is too small.
