Form Backgrounds

Open the Form in DesignView and change the Picture
Property of the Form as needed.

Check Access / Access VB Help on the Picture Property of a
Form.

Absolutely

Go into design view, click on properties for the form, go
to background color and click on the button with the
three little dots on it.
