Form always on top

I am sure there is an easy way to do this, but I am having trouble finding
the solution..

Is there a way to have a form open up so that it is ALWAYS on top. Hence, I
can work with other forms, but this form will always be visible ON TOP in
the upper left corner of screen.

I have already set the Picture Alignment to "Top Left"

The usage, if this helps, is somewhat like a receipt register....as items
are selected from other screens, this "ON TOP" screen is the summary screen
that shows a list of everything that has been chosen. Hence, it is a
smaller form and must always be visible on top.

Only if all forms are in a "restored" status and then you have the forms
aligned such that the "always on top" form will not overlap with the other
form on which you're working.

Using a Dialog mode for the "always on top" form will prevent you from
working in the other form while the "always on top" form is open.

Another way to do this might be to have textboxes on your form that are
continually updated with the values that you wish to display in the "always
on top" form, and then not use that second form.
