forgotten password

I changed my password and forgot it, I am the only one
listed on the computer so therefore I am also the
Administator and can't reset or even get to the control
panel. Please Help Me

There is always the built in Administrator account.

For XP Pro: Press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice at the Welcome Screen, with no users logged on, and you'll get the old Win2K style logon. Enter Administrator and any password that you may have set on that account at install. If in doubt, leave the password box empty.

For XP Home, reboot the computer into Safe Mode and you'll see the built in Administrator account on the Welcome Screen.
