Forgotten Admin Password

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a way to reset the admin
password in Windows 2000 Professional, version 5.0 Service
Pack 4?

I cannot remember my admin password, and therefore I am
locked out. I am unable to Login, change the password, or
set up a network. Please help???
