forgot password

Hai,

I forgot my word document password, and it is one of the
important file, how can I recover my file.
Pls help me

If the password prevents you from opening the file you are in big trouble as
the document is heavily encrypted. There are tools available (there is one
linked from the favourites page of my web site) but they can take days - or
longer - of continuous processing to crack a complex password.
