forgot password

I have forgotten my password. I renamed the system mdw file. On logging on to
Access the software thinks that I need some update, However I do not have any
CD to do the update. Is it possible to update via the web?

What is your questions? You say you forgot your password, then you say you
lost your CD, then you say you need to update your software. What would you
like help with?

When you say you forgot your password, which password? Are you entering a
UserID and password, or just a database password?

You state that you renamed your mdw file. Why are you telling us that? Is
it relevant to your post?

You want to update what over the web? Access? What version do you have?
What updates are you being told you need?

Please repost clearly and let us know what you need.
