Forget to attach attachment

Once in awhile, in my hectic days, I forget to attach a file to an email.
Is there a way in Outlook to prevent an email from being sent
when I use the word 'attachment' in the body of the email when
I forget to attach the file?

I'd rather not use a 3rd party product to accomplish this.
