Forcing one record per page

I am able to force one record per page however the
records move on the page or float up and down about 1/2
inch. How can I keep it in the same place on each page.

How are you forcing one record per page? Not by making the
detail section taller than a page, I hope.

The easiest way is to set the detail section's ForceNewPage
property to either Before or After Section.
