Forcing filename only search?

What's the easiest way of forcing a one-off filename only search in an
indexed location? I've been appending .docx (for example), and although this
limits the results, I'm not sure it is actually limiting the search.
 
Hi Nigel,

You can use the "ext" search operator to search for a specific file type.

ext:.docx
