Forcing DHCP Scope Changes

I have a DHCP scope that I have changed the "Router" option on and need users
to start using ASAP. The lease I have configured now goes for one month. How
can I get end users to get the new default gateway setting from the DHCP
server with out doing a ipconfig /release /renew on each workstation. I know
they try to renew after 50% of the lease but that will be in a week or so. If
I reboot the workstations will that force the changes to come down? Thanks in
advance.

Rebooting should work.
If they don't want to reboot,...you might be able to get away with
disabling/re-enabling the "connection".
Or just use "IPConfig /release",...then "IPConfig /renew".
