forcing data entry

Hello All,

I have a text box on my form that requires a MSISDN to be entered with a set
prefix (27). What code do i use to make this happen. I also want a message
box to appear in two intances - 1. If the number is entered without the
prefix, 2. if the MSISDN is less than the required length (11 digits)
 
Okay, Nero, you can stop posting the same question repeatedly, it has been
