Force single instantiation of application

How do I make it so that a .NET application will only allow a single
instantiation? I'm really not sure how else to ask the question or what
objects to inspect to discover the answer.

Do a search on Google for this newsgroup with "single mutex" you get
hundreds of answers.

In my opinion is the solution from Tom Shelton is the best, I forgot he was
again very active, so he will show it himself probably.
