Force Immediate Password Change

Anyone know a way to force all users in a domain to have
to change their password on next login without having to
access each user's account config?

Group policy allows me to set all passwords to expire in 1
day.... that's not gonna work for obvious reasons. I need
to force all users to change their password upon next
login. Whether that is tomorrow or next week.

Is there a registry setting I could script?
